Fitness Kickboxing Bootcamp

Seth Weil’s Fitness Kickboxing Boot Camp is a energetic and fun way to stay in shape. This is a six week course offered Monday and Wednesday from 5:30am – 6:30am & 6:00pm – 7:00pm (Friday class from 5:30am – 6:30am). The program combines calisthenics, strength training and kickboxing to give you a well-rounded workout.
