PFS is not about traditional martial arts, it's not about belts or MMA events. PFS is not about Karate, Tae Kwon Do or any other single Martial Arts Style.
PFS is about Realistic Self Defense.
Progressive Fighting Systems Instructorship Course
Progressive Fighting Systems two day certification course is (2) five hour days. It's the same course that is taught to roughly 12 different gov. agencies, you will be taught how to strike vital areas like eyes, groin & nerves and finishing off with head butts, knees & elbows. This is an instructorship course which means you will be certified in Progressive Fighting Systems including Jeet Kune Do, Brazilian Jujitsu & Escrima in just two days . You will receive a certificate & reserve a spot on our website list.
1. First is a 45 min Q&A session in my personal home gym in Chico Ca..
2. Second we go through a complete set of drills in order to evaluate (23) attributes to dissect your strengths & address any weaknesses.
3. I then teach nerve destructions, you will have several blows thrown from various angles in order to functionalize your abilities to destroy incoming strikes.
4. Wing Chun, mostly done blindfolded is performing energy drills “Chi Sao” passed down from Bruce Lee & now availible to you.
5. On to trapping techniques and a succession of body mechanic drills that teach you how to turn you head, knees & elbows into lethal weapons.
6. Moving on to the ground, a one hour flow pattern that incorporates Brazilian Jujitsu and Kinimutai (biting & eye gouging) creating the most practical ground defense there is.
7. The weapons phase is where you will learn Bruce Lee & Dan Inosantos most effective moves involving sticks and knives, the art of Escrima & the exact flow taught to Navy Seals teams.
8. The remainder is a how to setup your business. My goal is to make you an instructor in Bruce Lees Jeet Kune Do Concepts. Once certified there will be no financial remuneration from any of my students, just a friendship as I promised Paul Vunak and to Dan Inosanto.
